Anne & Moe from Thibeault's Table, creators of these magnificent, fallen big leaf maple boards from Vancouver Island, tell us we should use them as cutting boards...but to be honest we have a tough time doing that given how beautiful they are!
Sharon and I will love using our boards this Christmas to serve lovely cheeses and other delectable nibbles to our family and friends. Good thing we just got a huge shipment in so you can too!
